  • Do you do Hair drug testing?
    Yes, we offer 7, 9 and 12 panels.
  • Do you offer instant urine drug testing?
    Yes, we offer all panels same day urine drug testing.
  • Is there any other option for drug testing other then urine?
    Yes, we offer Oral fluid, Hair, and Urine drug screening.
  • Do you offer covid and flu testing?
    Yes, we offer same day covid and flu testing.
  • Do you offer STD/STI testing?
    Yes, we test for all STDs blood and Urine. The most requested package includes HIV, HSV, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for $200.95. you can make your own package by adding or taking out what you don't want. turnaround time is 24hours.
  • Do I need a doctor's order to get labs done?
    No, you can get any testing you want without any written orders.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    No, we do NOT accept insurance at this time. We do, however, accept HSA/FSA healthcare reimbursement cards and all other major debit or credit cards.
  • Do you offer mobile services?
    Yes, we offer mobile services for an additional $100. You must make a deposit of $25 to confirm your mobile appointment.
  • How do I see my results?
    You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your secure patient portal with Charm EHR. In that portal you will be able to upload documents, view results and message us.
  • Is Immigration DNA the same as Legal DNA?
    No immigration DNA must be initiated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a US Embassy, or a passport agency that indicates you are eligible for DNA relationship testing. You must have this paperwork completed in its entirety before testing. Pricing is based off the region you are requesting immigration from. Please give us a call for further information.
  • What if the person I thought was my Father passed away, can I test someone else?
    Yes, you can test a grandparent, aunt, uncle or sibling.
  • How much is DNA Testing? What is the turn around time?
    Informational DNA paternity testing is $299 and is strictly for informational purposes only. Informational test results can NOT be used in court. The turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours. Legal DNA paternity testing is $399 and require photos to be taken of all participants and Identification is required. Legal DNA results can be used in any legal matter. The turnaround time is 48 - 72hours.
  • Do you offer NIPP testing?
    Yes, we offer noninvasive prenatal paternity testing. The recommended gestation is 12 weeks for the most accurate results. But we can test in as little as 10 weeks' gestation. turnaround time is 4-7 business days. We also offer the add-on option for gender reveal for an additional fee. *NOTE* NIPP testing can NOT be completed on a Friday due to blood processing time.
